Thinfilm places great emphasis on the relationship and communication with the shareholders. The primary channels for communication are the quarterly interim reports, the annual report and the associated financial statements. Thinfilm also issues other notices to the shareholders as and when appropriate. The General Meeting of shareholders provides a forum for the shareholders to raise issues with the board as such and the individual board members.
