Financial statements 2006, annual general meeting 2007

The board of Thin Film Electronics ASA resolved the final annual financial statements in its meeting on 16 April 2007. The group’s net result and equity are the same as in the preliminary results resolved on 22 March 2007. The board plans to hold the general meeting in Oslo on 9 May 2007.
Notice and agenda for the meeting will be sent to the shareholders latest two weeks before the meeting.
